The National Madison Championships are set to take place on Saturday to a sell out crowd at the Manchester Velodrome. The event will take place before the Finale of the Revolution series with local An Post bound Mark Christian competing under the 100% Me GB Academy colours. Christian who won the event in 2010 with fellow local Team Sky rider Peter Kennaugh is certain to be a favourite for the title but Kennaugh will not be riding.
