I agree that no liability whatever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, sponsor, The League International, officials or members of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in, or by reason of, taking part in the event however caused. * I confirm and acknowledge that my attention has been drawn to these conditions; I also confirm that I have read and understand the conditions and accepted them as a fair contract before signing. ALL COMPETITORS-STATEMENT I confirm that I am not subject to suspension by any other Cycling organisation, or that if so the National Executive of TLI on appeal has judged the action not to be applicable to TLI events. I also understand that failure to disclose a suspension can result in disqualification from TLI membership. I agree to adhere to all conditions of TLI membership.
